The mommas met on the net back in 1995. Diane lived in New Hampshire at the time and we were going to move out there. However, it didn't work out just then and we had to stay in Missouri.They found each other again in several years later via the internet and got together again. I think I was a Sophmore in college when Diane moved to St. Louis to be with mom. In Vermont, it is legal for gays to marry and so that's what they did! I wish I could have been there. It would be cool if they could have a holy union here in St. Louis, but I know they probably are too busy these days. Those take as much planning as an actual wedding. The mommas have lots of pets: Maggie (the yorkie), Abby, Tubby, Margo, Angel, Lola, and Peek-a-Boo. The mommas also had three cats that went to the Rainbow Bridge: Fila, Sammy, and Gizmo. We lost all three to Chronic Renal Failure, a terrible illness common to cats. I hope they will be happy for a very long time. I'm just glad my mom has found someone who really makes her happy now. We've been through so much together and I know that we've always got to stick together no matter what.
