Pearl Gabrielle Family Friends Twinless Twins

Pearl Mae Cavic was born on April 24, 2004. My mom bought her for me as a late college graduation gift. I had a bond with Pearl almost instantly. Even before I got her, I had come up with a little nickname for her (Pearly Whirly). She had funny little quirks like meowing back at you when you'd say something or putting her jacks in her water dish. She was a sweet kitten who got along with most of our friends and family who stopped by. But sadly, she had health problems that Matthew and I weren't even aware of. On the morning of July 10, 2005, I woke up and found in one of her favorite chairs. She seemed fine and I left the room for about fifteen minutes. When I came back, I found her dead on the floor. It was completely devasting to me. A necropsy determined that she died from HCM, a congenital heart condition. She had no symptoms. Despite the fact that she had such a short life, I loved her dearly and I just hope she knows that wherever she may be...hopefully waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge.
